Warlords

Bismillah

Warlord (my opinion) - an obstinate person who has a lot of pride and does not accept being ruled forcefully by others. Expects the loyalty of those under him/her.
Warlord (meaning according to online dictionary) - A military commander exercising civil power in a region, whether in nominal allegiance to the national government or in defiance of it.

Dictator (my opinion) - A person who uses his power to exact control on the lives of others and somehow just loves to dictate what others should do. Always assumes to know what is best for others. Gives punishment when does not get things done his/her way.
Dictator (meaning according to online dictionary) - A person who tells people what to do in an autocratic way or who determines behavior in a particular sphere. A ruler with total power over a country, typically one who has obtained power by force.

Both are troublesome and are obstinate.
