Saying NO

Bismillah

If there is one thing that still perplexes me it is a person who does not comprehend the word 'NO'.

Hey, you selfish ingrate. NO does not mean maybe. NO does not mean "I'm playing hard to get. Ask me again and again till I say yes."
NO means NO.

It's not that hard to comprehend. It's not a mathematical equation.
