Japanese Curry First Trial

Bismillah

I haven't been updating recently. So far I have to update on exams and the fiqh seminar that I went but I'll put that on hold for now.
Instead I'll talk about something mundane that I did today.
For the first time in my life I made japanese curry.... from scratch.
It was.... REALLY SIMPLE.
I'm happy with the results (although I put too much winchester sauce in the roux).
I was lazy to take photos.... Maybe next time.

For last night dinner I made fried popiah, chicken balls and ikan patin masak kuah pedas (indo style).
My sister gave me a grade C..... Well, at least I pass. : P/

And then for dessert my mum gave us creme caramel! HEAVEN! I love my home.
